When can I move in?

If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs you can move in anytime.

How much notice needs to be given when I move out?

We would like a 30 day notice before you move out, but this is not required.  Out staff will go over that process at the time of signing.

Do I need to sign a long term lease?

No.  We rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise.

Can I access my storage unit anytime?

Yes.  You have 24 hour access to your storage unit 7 days a week.

How do I make a payment?

You can pay in person, mail a check / money order or make a payment through our website.  You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted monthly from your credit card, or Bank Debit Card.

What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept: Cash, Checks, Money Orders, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Can I just stop by to view the facility and storage spaces or do I need an appointment?

Stop by anytime between our office hours of 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday.  We are closed Saturday and Sunday.  However special arrangements can be made if the only time you can make it is on a weekend.  Please call during office hours to make arrangements.

Do I need to bring my own lock?

You are responsible for locking your storage unit at time of move-in; however we also have locks available for purchase.

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

Perishables, Liquids, Explosives, Flammables, Toxic Materials, Contraband or other goods prohibited by law.  Check to make Shure what you’re storing can withstand cold temperatures as the storage units are not heated.  Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
